My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very spacious and had a balcony with a view of Hamilton, which was awesome, although they could use a bit of an upgrade or more cleaning efforts. I stayed at this hotel, and it was quite a mix of good and not-so-good aspects. The rooms were very nice, with plenty of closet and drawer space to accommodate our needs, but unfortunately, we encountered roaches every day. The large balcony with a table, chairs, and loungers was a spectacular feature. The location was very desirable, close to great spots like Hamilton for dining and ferries to the historical sites of Bermuda. The dining experience was a highlight with delicious meals, but the portion sizes were small. Overall, a nice place with room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable with beautiful views of Hamilton Harbor. The hotel offered a large 2 x double bedded room with a full bathroom and Jacuzzi bath, along with an interconnecting door into a 1-bedroom suite that had a modern kitchen area, a spacious living area, as well as a separate toilet and basin. Watching the sunset from the room was fabulous, overlooking the beautiful water. Despite my daughter not feeling well during the stay, the hotel provided a cozy and convenient environment for us.

The hotel rooms were really good, with kitchen facility which made a huge difference because the price for breakfast items was extreme. They became available exactly at 3 pm and were really big and clean with all the equipment, good housekeeping. The location was ideal for us because we want to spend time at the beaches but also exploring Hamilton and the rest of the island. The service was friendly and welcoming, with staff happy to warm up my leftovers whenever necessary.
